William Donald Edwards Jr., 93, of Sebring went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at the Family Extended Care ALF in Sebring. William was born on June 25, 1932, in Alliance, Ohio and was the son of Cora (Shrimplin) and William Donald Edwards Sr.  William served his country with honors in the United States Army.  William has been a resident of Sebring for the past twenty years, moving here from West Palm Beach and prior to that Alliance, OH.  William took his experience growing up in the family lumber business and became a sales representative in the building and construction industry before retirement.  He was of the Lutheran faith and a member of the American Legion and Elks.  As a private pilot, William enjoyed flying around the country, fishing in the local waters and a great round of golf.  William loved to be with his family and friends whenever they could get together.  He is preceded in death by his wife; Pauline and a brother; Robert.  He is survived by his loving children; Lynn Edwards, Brian Edwards (Paula), Chris Edwards (Dianna), six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  The family will celebrate William's life in private later.
