Wilfredo Domenech, 93, of Lake Placid went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at his residence.  Wilfredo was born on January 15, 1932, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and he was the son of Felicita (Morales) and Alfonso Domenech.  He has been a resident of Lake Placid since 2004, moving here from Ft. Lauderdale.  Wilfredo served his country with honors in the United States Army.  He was a retired bus driver with the public transportation sector.  Wilfredo was of the Catholic faith who enjoyed (things to do and hobbies) and he loved to be with family and friends whenever they could get together.  Wilfredo is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Leslie, daughter; Gladys Domenech, son; Wilfredo Domenech and daughter in law Jessica, ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, sister; Isabelle Santiago, and two brothers; Victor and Ignacio Domenech.  A service to celebrate Wilfredo's life will be held 11:30 AM, Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the Sarasota National Cemetery 9810 SR 72, Sarasota, FL with Decon John Crescitelli officiating.  Military honors will be presented by the United States Army Honor Guard.
