Vicki Ann Reid, 63 of Lorida, FL passed away suddenly on March 28, 2021 At Highlands Regional Medical Center in Sebring, FL. She is the daughter of Annie Nadine Edwards and the late Arles Ray Edwards. She is preceded in death by her father Arles Ray Edwards, brother, Ronnie Edwards and husband Randall M. Reid. Vicki was a native Floridian who was born in Miami on June 16, 1957. She holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from Broward Community College, and was the Executive Director of the Tamarac Chamber of Commerce for nine years and also worked as the Community Director of March of Dimes along with several other positions during her career.  In addition, Vicki became the primary caregiver for her Mother. Vicki has been a resident of Lorida, and the wonderful community of Istokpoga Shores for the last six years. She was active in her community serving on the Lorida Volunteer Fire Department as Secretary and Treasurer. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, gardening and visiting with friends and family. Vicki is survived by her mother, Nadine Edwards, Lorida, FL; Uncles: William E. Kemp, Jr. and wife Nancy Kemp, Port St.Lucie, FL; Dan A. Kemp and wife Mary Kate Kemp, St. Simons Island, GA; Aunts: Jo Anne Edwards, Urbanna, VA; Margaret Edwards, Richmond, VA; Sister in law: Lauren Reid Brown, Salida, CO. Brother in laws: Richard Reid, Punta Gorda, FL; Robert Reid, Miami, FL; Russell Reid, Amherst, OH; Rodger Reid, Wakeman, OH; Also, several cousins and dear friends. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew and loved her. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, April 9 th at 11:00am at Scott Seawinds Funeral Home in Lake Placid, FL., with Pastor Wayne Godwin officiating.
