Treasa Jeanette Moody-Bowling, 66, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday evening January 21, 2020 at her residence. Treasa was the daughter of Faye Jeanette Bowling and Arthur David Moody. She was born on October 15, 1953 in Bremen, Indiana. Treasa has been a long time resident of Lake Placid, moving here from her home state of Indiana. She was a retired hairdresser and cosmetologist. Treasa was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed cooking/baking, making jewelry, growing her flowers and loved her fur-babies. She loved to be with her family and friends anytime they could get together, especially with her grandchildren. Treasa is survived by her loving children; Sheri (Robert) Prillwitz, Roxann (Robert) Davidson, Chelsey Hughes, her brother Dave Moody and 6 grandchildren. A gathering for family and friends to reflect on and celebrate Treasa's life will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W. Interlake Blvd., Lake Placid.
