Theodore Berry Fraker Sr "Ted", 73, of Lake Plaid went home to be with his Lord on January 11, 2024 at his residence. Ted was born on September 16, 1950 in Niskayuna, New York and he was the son of Esther (Dorrance) and Nelson Fraker. Ted has been a resident of Lake Placid since 2011, moving here from New York after retiring as a truck driver He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed following NASCAR and fishing the local lakes. Ted loved to be with his family anytime they could get together, especially time with his grandchildren. Ted is survived by the love of his life of 53 years Rosemary, daughter; Mindy Rose Therrien, sons; Teddy Jr., Richard Paul, Peter Nelson three grandchildren; Brianna Rose, Peter S. Fraker, Mason John, and three sisters; Bonnie Smith, Patricia Griffin and Donna Cotty. In keeping with Ted's wishes, the family will celebrate his life in private.
