Teresa "Terry" Leona Montgomery Milicevic (90) passed away peacefully in her sleep October 17, 2022 in Lake Placid, Florida.

Terry was born February 22, 1932 to Frank and Alice Montgomery in Boston Massachusetts.  She grew up in Alachua, Florida and graduated from Alachua High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from the University of Florida in 1955.

On August 2, 1958, she married Dr. Mike Milicevic. They spent all of their married years in Clewiston, Florida. Terry was active raising four boys and a daughter attending school functions, cattle shows, sporting and club events. She taught PE at Clewiston Elementary School and then later was elected to the Hendry County School Board. She volunteered as a Guardian Ad-Litem and spent many years helping children. She was active in the community and served as President of the Hendry County Fair Association. She was selected and was proud to represent Hendry County carrying the Olympic torch in the relay prior to the 2002 Olympics. She was a die-hard Florida Gator fan and loved attending Gator functions and sporting events.

Terry is survived by her: Sons, Michael (April), Sebring, Fl., Bobby (Dianna), Live Oak, Fl., Steven, LaBelle, Fl. and Gary (Collette), Milicevic LaBelle, Fl.; daughter Laura Milicevic (Kit); 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Alice (Don) Thomas of Archer, Fl., Judy Barnett Katy, Tx.  She was preceded in death by her brother Bob Montgomery; Her parents and her husband Dr. Mike Milicevic.
