Sandra Ann Breault, 79, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord on Monday, August 18, 2025, at her residence.  Sandra was born on April 16, 1946, in Leominster, Massachusetts, and she was the daughter of Christine (Bourque) and Joseph Vercontaire.  Sandra has been a resident of Lake Placid since 2015, moving here from Maine.  She was a retired secretary in the carpet industry, a CPA and in her later years, caring for the elderly, she loved helping and serving others.  Sandra was of the Christian faith and attended the local AA meetings in Lake Placid.  She enjoyed animals all her life, they truly made her the happiest.  She bred Arabian horses, she had 21 at one time.  She also had a potbellied pig named Sweetpea who is now 17 years old and resides in Maine with her daughter Pam.  Her cat "baby kiddy" was her recent pet who brought her so much comfort and love.  He will be traveling to Maine to live his life out with her daughter Lynn.  She also enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and family.  Sandra was loving, funny, and was most happy when her family came to visit.  helping others whenever she could, cooking those family meals and shopping at the local stores for bargains. Sandra loved to be with her family and friends whenever they could get together.  Sandra is survived by her daughter Pam Bradbury and husband Glenn, her daughter Lynn Abbott and her husband Carl of Maine.  Her much-loved grandsons, Joey Bradbury and Jake Faulkner both of Maine.  Her sister, Susan Young of Massachusetts, her brother, Paul Vercontaire of Arizona and her brother, Joseph Vercontaire of Texas and their significant other whom she also loved very much.  In keeping with Sandra's wishes, services to celebrate her life will be private for the family.  Words of comfort to the family can be made by visiting www.scottfuneralservices.com.
