Robert A. Mysliwy, 65, of Lake Placid went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Robert was the son of Ethel Mae (Slagle) and Floren Mysliwy who was born on May 24, 1953 in East Chicago, Indiana.

Robert served his country in the US Navy. He was a retired handyman with many talents, including carpentry, and could fix most anything around the house. He was an avid fisherman who loved to be out on the water and loved to be with his family and friends especially his grandsons.

Robert is predeceased by his son, Robert "Bobby" Mysliwy and his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Cheryl, daughters; Jessica Webb (Keith) of Rockledge, FL, Joslyn Kuhn (Reese) of Orlando, FL, grandsons; Ethan and Eric Webb. He was loved by many and will be missed.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Roberts's memory to the Mote Marine Laboratory, 1600 Ken Thompson Parkway, Sarasota, FL 34236.
