Obituary

Robert "Bob" Frank Harrison, 83, was welcomed into the Kingdom of his Lord on December 6, 2020. He was born on September 15, 1937 in Mexico, MO, the son of Floyd and Frankie Harrison. Robert served with the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant and Master Rigger, which he retired from after 20 years. He also served with the United States Postal Service, where he completed his second retirement. He was a proud member of the American Legion, the Elks and lifetime member of the VFW Post No. 2657 of Fulton, MO, where he was the Commander in 2003. Robert loved, and was committed to the Lord. He was a loyal member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, where he held positions as Elder, Usher and Greeter. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Kathryn Harrison and brother, Jerry Harrison. Survivors include his wife, Jean Shilling Harrison of Lake Placid, Fl; siblings, Floyd (Susie) Harrison of Fulton, MO; Carolyn Burks of Columbia, MO; and Price (Gladys) Harrison of Fulton, MO; His children, Bobby Harrison of Independence, MO; Ronnie (Shawnna) Harrison of Smithville, MO, and Pam (Tony) Dye of Fulton, MO, Steve Shilling of Altoona, PA. and Michelle Shilling of Pittsburgh, PA. Grandchildren include Melissa Duvall and her children, Mya and Landon of Lake St. Louis, MO., Robert W.Harrison of Fulton, MO, Jamie Brown and her son Jagger of Frontenac, MO and Shelby and Emilia Ek of Smithville, MO.
