Richard Francis Marshall, 67, of Lake Placid, FL., went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at his residence. Richard was born on July 5, 1956, in Queens NY and was the son of Marian (Schmidt) and Charles Marshall. He has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past nine years, moving here from Saratoga Springs, NY where he was a retired sign maker. Richard was of the Catholic faith and a member of the VFW. He enjoyed owning cars, especially sports cars, going to NASCAR events and following auto racing. He loved sports in general including watching football on Sunday. Richard love to be with his family and friends any time they could get together, especially spending time with his grandchildren. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Deborah, stepson Colin Healy (Pamela) his three grandchildren, siblings and many extended family members. A service to celebrate Richard's life will be held later.
