Rebecca Michelle Komasa, "Becca", 32, of Lake Placid, went home to be with her Lord on Monday morning, July 25, 2022 at the Lakeland Regional Medical center. Becca was born on October 31, 1989 in Plantation, FL. She was the daughter of Shelly (Ray) and John F. Komasa. Becca has been a resident of Highlands County for most of her life. She was a legal assistant and private investigator with Kevin D'Espies Law Firm. Becca was of the Christian faith that enjoyed running, spending time at the beach, shopping for that great deal and her cats. Becca is survived by her loving daughter; Lynsey, parents; Shelly and John Komasa, brothers; Robert and John Komasa III and many extended family members. A service to celebrate Becca's life will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the South Oak First Baptist Church of Lake Placid 119 E. Royal Palm Street with Pastor Keith Campbell officiating.
