Raymond H. Fox, 98, of Lake Placid went home to be with his Lord on Monday April 12, 2021 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Sebring. Raymond was born on February 5, 1923 in Cincinnati, Ohio and was the son of Carrie Kareth and William Fox.  Raymond served his country with honors in the United States Army Air Corp as a parachute rigger repairman.  He was an owner in the upholstery industry. Raymond has been a resident of Lake Placid since 1985, moving here from Miami, Florida.  He was a member of the St. James Catholic Church in Lake Placid. Raymond was preceded in death by his loving wife, Alma and is survived by his loving children; Susan C. Holeton (David), Raymond W. Fox (Jean), four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.  A service to celebrate Raymond's life will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday (Today), April 15, 2021 at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W. Interlake Blvd., Lake Placid with Father Vincent Clemente officiating.
