Pedro Lira-Padilla, 50, of Lake Placid went to be with his Lord on Sunday afternoon, December 3, 2016 at the Florida Hospital Lake Placid. He is the son of Emily Padilla and Jose M. Lira who was born on November 26, 1966 in Mexico. Pedro was the owner of Lira Sod in Lake Placid. Pedro was of the Catholic faith. Pedro is survived by his loving wife, Florencia; daughters, Brendia, Emily, Lori and Andri; sons, Freddy, Carlos, Alex and Brandon; many grandchildren; 3 brothers and one sister. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Comunidad Catolica Hispana Santigo Apostol Church in Lake Placid. Burial will be at the Oak Hill Cemetery. Father Victor Caviedes will be officiating.
