Olejar, Patricia (nee Largey)

February 12, 1936 – November 30, 2018

On Friday, November 30, 2018, Patricia Olejar, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, passed away suddenly at the age of 82 years.

Pat will be forever remembered by her husband John (Smokey), and their Sons, John (Stella) and James (Pam), and by her Sister, Joanne DePiero (Jules). Pat will also be fondly remembered by grandchildren, Karyna Cain (Roger), James (Candace), Thomas, Sean, Alexa , and her great grandchildren Kendall, Indigo, Cruz, and Eli. Pat will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and dear friends.

Pat was born in Elizabeth, NJ where she met her future husband, John Olejar, after returning home from the Korean War. The married on May12, 1956 and had two sons, John and James. The Family relocated and lived in Pt Pleasant, NJ for (30) years.

Pat and her Smokey retired to South Florida in 1994 living Delray Beach and then in Lake Placid.

Pat loved gardening, reading, and traveling, and spending time with family and friends. However she was the happiest when she had a baby on her lap.  She was selfless, a friend to all she met, and lived life with a gusto. The party started when Pat arrived.

A Celebration of Pat's life will be held at 11 am, on Friday, December 7, Palm Beach National Chapel, Lake Worth FL
