Patricia Karhan, 78, a loving mother and cherished "Nanny," passed away at home Saturday, January 25, 2025, in Lake Placid, Florida. She was the heart and soul of her family, always nurturing with warmth, kindness, and love. Patricia was of Catholic Faith. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on July 18, 1946. She was the daughter of Helen (Maciejewski) and Frank Lemke. Patricia enjoyed watching her baseball and football games on TV and playing Bingo. Patricia is survived by her three children, Charles Wantuck Jr., Lynn Schreiter (Dan Schreiter), and Raymond Wantuck (Trisha Mamani); her beloved grandchildren, Christina Lopez (Jose Lopez), Jessica Lehman (Trevor Lehman), Dylan Schreiter, Patricia Wantuck (Rolando Mota), Nicholas Wantuck, Grace Wantuck, Vincent Wantuck and step-grandson Jason Knapek; and her great-grandbabies, Alexander Labrador, Adrian Lopez, Camden Lehman, Brooks Lehman, Cole Schreiter, Isabella Mota, Kassandra Wantuck and step-great grandson Wyatt Knapek. Patricia is survived by her brother Ricky Lemke.  Patricia's legacy of love, resilience, and dedication to family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her memory will forever be a source of comfort. A celebration of her life will be held with her close family on March 15, 2025 at 2: 00pm.
