Otha L. "Sandy" Sanderlin, 78, of Lake Placid died March 3, 2010. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict 1950-1951.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon; son, Kevin; daughter, Carrie Deegan; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held at the First Baptist Church of Lake Placid on March 6, with the Reverend Brett Morey officiating. A burial service with full military honors will be held in Quincy, Michigan this summer at Lakeview Cemetery. Date and time will be published at a later date.
