Neil Erwin Heselton, 85, of Lake Placid passed away Wednesday afternoon April 17, 2013 in Lake Placid. He was born on June 7, 1927 in Vermont to parents Lola (Woods) and Floyd Heselton. Neil served his country in the US Army as a paratrooper during WWII. A retired electrician he moved to Lake Placid 25 years ago from Stuart, FL. Mr. Heselton enjoyed fishing and boating on the lake and loved spending time with family and friends. Mr. Heselton is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Dorothy; son, Michael; two granddaughters and six great grandchildren. Private services were held for the family.
