Marge Moore Macchione, 88, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord on August 4th, 2025 from her home.  Marge was born on December 18th, 1936 in Jersey City, New Jersey.  After graduating from Montclair State Teacher's College, becoming a teacher and marrying John Macchione in 1958, she raised five children, John, Nancy, Bob, Paul, and Mike.  She would later have twelve grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.  After raising her children, she became a paralegal working in the mortgage industry.  Following the passing of her husband, John Macchione in 2004 after 45 years of marriage, she relocated to Florida where she has been blessed with many good friends and companions while being active at St. James church.  She is also survived by her sister, Mary Fronzaglia. She will be missed.  A Mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church on Saturday August 23, 2025 at 11:00AM
