Margaret Jean Fox "Jean" 89, of Lake Placid went to be with her Lord on September24, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Johnstown, PA to parents Bertha (Goss) and Owen Heeney. Jean enjoyed the many events and activities held at the Sunshine RV Resort and loved spending time with her family and friends. Jean is preceded in death by her loving husband Robert and is survived by her loving children; Phyllis Roddy, Ronald Fox and wife Barbara, 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and sister Dorothy Yowaich. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Sunday September 28, 2014 at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W. Interlake Blvd., Lake Placid. A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Monday September 29, 2014 at St. James Catholic Church 3880 Placid View Drive Lake Placid with Father Michael Cannon officiating.
