Obituary

Beloved son and brother, Louis A. Toscano, Jr., of Lake Placid, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Louis was born on November 1, 1958, in Medford, Massachusetts. He has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past three years, moving here from Pembroke Pines, FL.

Lou was the son of Angelina and Louis A. Toscano, Sr.. He is survived by his father, Louis A. Toscano, Sr.; his brothers and best friends, Rocco Toscano and Joseph Toscano; his sisters, Debra Koprowski, Lisa Kimball, and Carol Campisi; his sister-in-laws, Julie Toscano and Nancy Toscano; his brother-in-law, John Campisi; and a large extended family, all of whom loved him dearly. Lou loved to be with family and friends and share humorous stories. He was the gentle giant of the family. He will be deeply missed by all. His time on earth was far too short.

He was the sales manager and training instructor for Your New Florida, Inc., the owner of Gator Belly Baits, and held a patent on a life-like baby alligator fishing lure. Lou enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He was on the cover of the Lake Okeechobee/Lake Istokpoga, March 2024 edition of The Angler Magazine.

In keeping with Lou's wishes, the family will celebrate his life in private. Words of comfort to the family can be made by visiting www.scottfuneralservices.com.
