Born Feb.24,1920 in Muskingum Co, Ohio to the late Jessie and Samuel Gibson. One June 24, 1939 she married William McDonald. She spent most of her life in Ohio where she worked for 35 years. Working for Edmont Co. In 1980 she retired and with her husband moved to Lake Placid, Fl. Since early childhood she has been a lover of music and later enjoyed sewing. But most of all she enjoyed her loving family and all her friends. Surviving is granddaughter Randee (James) Baker, great grandchildren Kayln and Tyler Baker. Also special friends and former daughter-in-law Barbara Donley and husband John Donley. Preceded besides her parents in death is her husband and son William Bernard. Also four sisters and some nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to First Presbyterian of Lake Placid where she was a member. A graveside service will be held Thursday November 18, 10:00 am at Oak Hill Cemetery.
