Lori M. Waters, 53, of Lake Placid passed away Wednesday morning September 22, 2010 at her residence. A native Floridian, she was born in Miami on September 10, 1957 to parents Lawrence and Grayle (Thrasher) McCabe. Lori moved to Lake Placid seven years ago from Miami and was a homemaker and of the Catholic Faith. Ms. Waters is survived by her loving daughter; Christine Waters, grandson; George Diaz, mother; Mrs. Grayle Tompkins, father; Mr. Lawrence McCabe and grandmother; Mrs. Grace Thrasher.
