Lori A. Ahlstrom, 57, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at the Tampa General Hospital. Lori was born on April 24, 1967, in Greensboro, North Carolina and she was the daughter of Carolyn Winberry and Bernard Locke Jr. Lori has been a resident of the Lake Placid, FL area since 2013, moving here from Clermont, FL. She was the office manager with a local real estate company where she helped in the day-to-day operation. Lori was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church Lake Placid, FL. Lori enjoyed living life, laughing often and loving everyone she encountered. She loved spending time with her family and friends whenever they could get together. Lori is survived by her loving husband of 20 years; Craig, loving daughters; Nici Keeling, Carol Ann Keeling and Ashley Engle, grandson; Chase, mother; Carolyn Stacks, sister; Angel Benton and two brothers; Barney Locke III, and Randy Locke. A funeral service to celebrate Lori's life will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, March 14, 2025, at the First Presbyterian Church Lake Placid 118 N. Oak Avenue, Lake Placid, with Pastors Ray Cameron and Drew Severance officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Lori will be laid to rest next to her beloved son Connor at the Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, FL
