Lola Plemmons Belk Mawmaw Formally of Charlotte N.C. passed away October 9, 2020 in Lake Placid, Fl. Lola was the daughter of William and Maggie Wasburn Plemmons. She was born December 20. 1934. Lola was a great baker and enjoyed cooking for family and church functions. Lola never meet a stranger and was known as mawmaw to everyone who knew her. Lola was preceded in death by her second husband Andy Belk , her brother Norman Plemmons, and sister Jean Buchanan. Lola is survived by her three sons Wayne Fields& wife Sherry , James A. Fields both of Charlotte, N.C. and Edward Fields & wife Loretta of Spruce Pine, N.C. One brother Robert Plemmons & wife Linda of Clover S.C. Grandchildren Jennifer Lowery , Ginger Smith , Eddie Fields ,Bradley Payne ,Ashley Payne , and Tina Mc Elhannon. Great grandchildren Austin Ledford , Autumn Lowery, Loclen Lowery,  Tanner Fields , Brantley and Easton Dickinson Dylan and Kelsi Panyne, Raven and Johnny Marsh. One Great great grandchild Roman Garland. A celebration of her life is planned for April 8, 2021.
