Lois E. Schenck, 100, 0f Lake Placid, FL died Monday, November 10, 2025 at Somers Hospice House.  She was born November 2, 2025 in Ellerton, Ohio to the late Robert and Beatrice Shell Forrest.

A homemaker, survivors include her son Robert Schecnk, daughter Sue A. Taylor, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 1-2 PM, Saturday, November 5, 2025 at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Placid followed by a reception and then interment at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lake Placid.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Placid or Good Shepherd Hospice.
