Linda Dawn Gribble, 61, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at her residence.  Linda was a native Floridian who was born in Miami on March 8, 1959 to parents Doreen (Panosian) and Sam Hartman.  Linda has been a resident of Lake Placid since 1998.  Linda had worked for many years for the Highlands County School Board where she cooked meals for teachers and students.  Linda was of the Christian faith.  She enjoyed her animals, taking care of her plants and cooking those special meals for her family and friends.  Linda loved to be with her family and friends anytime they could get together.  She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, John, daughter; Danielle Gribble, son; John Gribble, mother; Doreen Hartman and two brothers; Kenny and Steve.  In keeping with Linda's wishes a service to celebrate her life will be private for the family.
