Lillian Virginia Lasick, 82, of Lake Placid, Florida, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026, at AdventHealth Lake Placid Hospital.

Born on November 28, 1943, in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Josephine (Lucore) and William S. Geisbert.

Lillian had been a resident of Lake Placid for the past 17 years, having relocated from Hollywood, Florida. She retired as a secretary with the Pembroke Pines Police Department, where she dedicated 16 years of service in the Detective Bureau and was known as a hardworking and dedicated employee.

A kind and loving mother, Lillian found joy in fishing, bowling, crocheting, crafting, and watching trivia game shows. Her favorite holiday was Thanksgiving, when she especially cherished being surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her loving children, Lisa Lasick, Anthony Lasick, and Joseph Lasick; her brother, William Geisbert; and her nieces and nephews, Carolyn, Jeanette, William, Kevin, Aaron Geisbert along with their spouses and children.

A service to celebrate Lillian’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Scott Funeral Home in Lake Placid.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
