Kenneth R. Lemmond, 76 of Lake Placid went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  Kenneth was born on October 30, 1944  in Norfolk, Virginia and was the son of  Florence Webb Luper and Earl Vance Lemmond.  Kenneth served his country with honors in the US Navy.  He was a retired radiation safety officer in the Nuclear industry.  Kenneth has been a resident of Lake Placid since 1998, moving here from Homestead, Fl.  Kenneth was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed watching movies at home, casino, trips, and eating out. He is survived by his loving wife Nancy, her daughter Debbie, his daughter: Jennifer Lemmond, son; Kenneth John Sieminski, sisters;  Julia M. Hanna, Carolyn Burgage, brother, Jimmy Lemmond.  In keeping with Kenneth's wishes, services to celebrate his life will be private for the family.
