JR Moore, 38, of Lake Placid, FL went to be with his Lord on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at this residence. JR was a native Floridian who was born in Avon Park on December 6, 1987. He was the son of Rena Moore and Johnny Roa and was of the Christian faith. JR enjoyed working with his hands, fixing electronics, writing and playing music and going to local social events. He loved to be with his family and friends whenever they could get together. JR is survived by his sisters and brothers, aunt’s and uncle’s, nieces and nephews and many extended family members. A service to celebrate JR’s life will be held at 3PM, Friday, November 6, 2026, at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W. Interlake Blvd., Lake Placid.
