Joyce A. Crotchfelt-McMahon, 65, of Lake Placid went to be with her Lord on Monday afternoon at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Joyce was the daughter of Lois (Baum) and Frank Crotchfelt who was born on June 26, 1952 in Red Bank, New Jersey.  She was a resident of Lake Placid for several years moving here from Lake Worth, FL.  Joyce was a retired certified nursing assistant in the medical field.  She enjoyed all types of crafts; sewing and painting.  She loved to be with her family, friends, extended family and her grandchildren.  Mrs. Crotchfelt-McMahon is survived by her loving daughters; Kayla Prescott and Alyssa McMahon, grandchildren; Sage Prescott and Austin Emmert Jr., sisters; Linda Palermo, Arlene McMahon and Janet Soden, brothers; Frank Crotchfelt Jr. and Bruce Crotchfelt numerous nephews and  nieces.  A service to celebrate Joyce's life will be held 11:00 AM, Friday (Today), March 2, 2018 at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W. Interlake Blvd., Lake Placid with Pastor Keith Campbell officiating.
