John DiGirolamo, 89, of Sebring, FL went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the HCA Florida Highlands Hospital in Sebring. John was born on September 22, 1936, in Fossalto, Italy. He was the son of Rosa (Cornacchione) and Vincenzo DiGirolamo. John served his country with honors in the United States Army. John had a passion for farming and owned his own restaurant. John was of the Catholic faith. He loved to be with his family and friends whenever they could get together. John is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Barbara; daughters: Marcia Russell, Michelle Ross; sons: Vincent DiGirolamo (Maria), Mike Hare (Tonya); 7 grandchildren: Jennifer Walker (Blake), Scott Kathman (Brandi), Caylin Hare, Landen Hare, Dominic DiGirolamo (Kelsey), Demitri DiGirolamo (Amanda) & Natasha Russell; 10 great-grandchildren: Gage, Logan, Mason & Rorik Kathman, Arya & Isaac Walker; Zach, Phil, Joe, & Leah Russell; his sister, Ersilia Brant; his brother, Pasquale DiGirolamo (Lina); Godfather to his niece Alicia DiGirolamo Maillet (Dan); his niece, Lisa DiGirolamo & nephews Eugene DiGirolamo (Christina), Mike Brandt (Lesa) & Steve Brandt (Teresa).
