Janet I. Campbell died peacefully at her home in Sebring, Florida on Sunday, April 21, 2013. Janet is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, John A. Campbell and her two daughters, Barbara C. Holt of California and Elizabeth C. Wilmot of Virginia. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Lauren G. Wilmot and Jack Holt and her son-in laws, Peter Adler and David Holt. She was born on September 4, 1926 in Teaneck, NJ and is predeceased by her parents, Leah SturdevantInglehart and Robert Irving Inglehart and her two brothers, Steven Inglehart, Robert Inglehart and her sister Carol Harris. She was beloved by numerous nieces and nephews in addition to her immediate family and friends. Janet graduated from Columbia University in New York and had a Masters in Library Sciences. In addition to being a homemaker, she was a member of the DAR, the Church of the St. Lawrence, and the Women's Club of New Canaan, CT. She was a US and English history buff with a lifelong love of learning. She was an avid reader and loved old movies.Donations in her name may be made to the Church of the St. Lawrence in Alexandria Bay, NY.
