James L. Collins, age 80 of Sebring, Florida who died on December 5, 2020 at Highlands Regional Hospital will be interred at the Sarasota National Cemetery at 10:30  a.m. on March 30, 2021 with immediate family attending.  Mr. Collins was born in Marietta, Pennsylvania on August 22, 1940.  He moved to Florida from Tully, New York on January 1 st , 2018.  He retired from CNA Insurance Company in Syracuse, New York in December 2005.  He enjoyed golf, watercolor painting, stamp collecting and traveling in our Motor Home.  He served in the U.S. Marine Corp., was a member of the Church of Buttonwood Bay and he graduated from Norwich High School, Norwich, New York in 1958.  He is survived by his wife Marian Collins of Sebring, Florida; his son, Patrick Collins of Pennsylvania, Daughter, Jennifer Park of Syracuse, NY; Grandsons, Jeffrey Collins of Colorado; Nicholas Park and Jacob Park of Syracuse, NY; Granddaughter Brianna Park of Syracuse, NY and several nephews and nieces.  Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Salvation Army in Sebring, FL.
