Irma Deane "Dee" Ingram, 83, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord on December 4, 2024, at the Good Shephard Hospice House in Sebring. Dee was a native Floridian who was born in Tampa on February 7, 1941. She was the daughter of Irma (Boyette) and Robert DiMaio. Dee has been a resident of Lake Placid since 2003, moving here from Ft. Lauderdale after retiring as bookkeeper in the automotive industry. Dee enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, word games on the computer, fishing, boating and local lake life and loved to be with her family and friends whenever they could get together. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Don; her children William Sparks (and wife Roanna), Amber Willis, Jenifer Caves (and husband Steven), Michele Seeterlin, and James Ingram (and his wife Jennifer); 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, her sister Midge DiMaio, and Dee's feline daughter Murphy. In keeping with Dee's wishes, services to celebrate her life will be private for the family.
