Mrs. Gilda E. Morales, 77, of Sebring, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at the Lake Placid Health and Rehab Center. She is survived by her husband of 37 yrs., Ed Morales, who for her last 7 yrs. of life devoted his to be along her side 24/7 until her departure. Gilda was the daughter of Gilda (Lara) and Ernesto Diaz who was born on October 2, 1941 in Santurce, Puerto Rico. Other members she leaves behind are two daughters, one brother & a stepsister. Gilda has been a resident of Sebring for just over a year moving here from Orlando. Gilda was of the Catholic faith. Gilda enjoyed getting out of the house & enjoying the outdoors, loved to be with her husband & his family. She will be dearly missed by all. A great lady with a loving heart. In keeping with Gilda's wishes, a cremation service will celebrate her life. R.I.P.
