Geraldine L. Heaton, 92, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 14, 2023 at her residence. She was born on January 22, 1931 in Providence, Rhode Island and was the daughter of Mildred (Grinell) and John Little. Geraldine has been a thirty plus year resident of Lake Placid. She was an active member of the Memorial United Methodist Church in Lake Placid where she could be seen most Sunday's. Geraldine enjoyed cooking meals for her family and friends and help people in need. She loved to spend time with her family and friends anytime they could get together. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Robert and she is survived by her loving children; Linda Ruiz, Robert Heaton, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate Geraldine's life will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W. Interlake Blvd., Lake Placid with Rev. David Mullins officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery..
