Genevieve "Gene" Karoll, 77, of Lake Placid passed away October 2 ^nd , 2018 at Florida Hospital Lake Placid. Genevieve was the daughter of E. Genevieve and Leroy Corbin, and was born November 14, 1940 in York, Pennsylvania.

Genevieve was preceded in death by her loving husband Kenneth "Ken" Karoll. Genevieve retired as a manager at ATT. She loved gardening in her yard and traveling with her husband, Ken. She also loved spending time with family and friends especially her grand and great- grandchildren.

Genevieve is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Ness, sons;  Frederick Ness, James Ness, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters and two brothers. In keeping with Genevieve wishes, private services at the home in York, PA with family and friends will be held at a later date.
