Francisca F. Rodriguez, 92, of Lake Placid, FL went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at her residence. Francisca was born on September 14, 1933, in Puerto Rico and she was the daughter of Georgina (Rodriguez) and Nieves Figueroa. She has been a resident of Lake Placid since 1988 moving here from Long Island, New York. Francisca along with her late husband Francisco, owned and operated an electronics business. She was of the Catholic Faith who enjoyed life, and taking care of the family, plants and her flowers around the yard. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Francisco. Francisca is survived by her loving children; Carlos, Santos, Manuel, grandchildren; Mark, Francis, Joel, Julian, Alicia, Carla and Sari, sisters; Maria and Zoraida. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, December 15, 2025, with funeral services to celebrate her life at 10 AM at the Scott Funeral Home, 504 W. Interlake Blvd. Lake Placid with Father Jose Gonzalez officiating. Francisca will be laid to rest on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Sarasota National Cemetery with her husband Francisco.
