Eunice Elaine Williams, 89, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at her residence. Eunice was born on February 4, 1934 in St. Joseph Missouri and was the daughter of Anna Mae (Reinert) and Milton Stark. Eunice has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past 46 years, moving here from Massachusetts. She was an active member at the New Life Evangelical Lutheran Church where you would find her every Sunday, serving on the alter guild and a number of other committees. Eunice enjoyed making floral arrangements, doing crafts, and singing. She loved to be with her family and friends especially time with her church family. Eunice is preceded in death by her loving husband LaVerne "Vern", daughter; Karen A. Bilsky, and son, Lon Williams. She is survived by her loving children; Deborah K. Stewart, Kevin Williams (fiancée Vonda Browning), daughter in law Maia Williams, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and her brother Milton Stark. A service to celebrate Eunice's life will be held December 15th at 2pm at the New Life Evangelical Lutheran Church 3725 Hammock Road Sebring, FL with Pastor Jonathon Madson officiating. The family suggests donations in Eunice's memory to the New Life Evangelical Lutheran Church memorial fund.
