Ellen Marie Charlton, 62, of Sebring, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, June 20, 2022 at the Highlands Regional Medical Center in Sebring. Ellen was a native Floridian who was born in Sebring on November 2, 1959. She was the daughter of Mary Ellen (Lamar) and James Junior Wilson. Ellen was a fulltime homemaker taking care of and raising her six sons. She was of the Baptist faith. Ellen enjoyed doing crafts and going to the local craft shows, gardening, fishing the local lakes and being outdoors. She loved to be with family and friends anytime they could get together. Ellen is preceded in death by her loving husband of 25 years Terry and she is survived by her loving sons; Eric, Ivan, Abel, Amos, Ira Willis, Aaron Charlton, 11 grandchildren, sister; Evyline Wilson-McKenzie, and 2 brothers; Larry Milton Wilson and Preston Lee. A farewell service to celebrate Ellen's life will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 23, 2022 in Highlands Park with family and friends celebrating who were touched by her loving and caring acts of kindness. Ellen was one of God's Angels, she touched all of those she met, giving us the warmth of God's love, during her time on earth. She will be missed, as she rests and reunites with those that loved her and past on. God could have never sent a better Angel to bless this world with, REST IN PEACE, Ellen.
