Obituary
Doris Lenora Edwards, 76, of Lake Placid, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday evening, February 20, 2015 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Sebring.
She was the daughter of Ida E. (Bunzick) and Charles Edwards, born on December 23, 1938 in Glen Rock, New Jersey.
Mrs. Edwards worked for many years in the manufacturing industry as a customer service agent. Doris and her husband, Gene, moved to Lake Placid from New Jersey in 2014. Mrs. Edwards was of the Church of God faith and a member of the Calvary Church of God in New Jersey. Doris enjoyed gardening and being with her animals and loved spending time with her family.
Mrs. Edwards is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Gene Prince; sons, Allen and Gary Beard; grandchildren, Ashley and Robbie Beard, and a brother, Bruce Edwards.
