Donnie Mae "Donna" Sorrels, 87, of Lake Placid, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday afternoon May 8, 2013 at the Lake Placid Health Care Center. Ms. Sorrels, a native of Sebring, FL was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1925. She is best known locally as both an antique collector and dealer. Ms. Sorrels also was a caseworker and mentor in New York for teenage girl's years ago. Donna was of the Christian faith.
