Donna Claire Mansfield, 82, of Lake Placid, FL went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the AdventHealth Sebring Hospital. Donna was born on September 16, 1943, in Detroit, Michigan to Robert and Josephine “Anne” (Pulford) Barton. Donna has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past 25 years, moving here from North Fort Myers and formally of Minnesota. She was a retired mobile home finisher with D-Man Enterprise. Donna was a member of the First Presbyterian Lake Placid. She enjoyed going to church functions, stuffing bulletins, and her bible color by numbers app. She loved to be with her family and friends whenever they could get together. Donna is preceded in death by her loving parents; Josephine “Anne” and Robert, husband; Dan, son; Robert, two grandsons; Dan and Ricardo, great-grandson; Noa Koa and her brother-in-law; Jim Heroux. Donna is survived by her loving children, Ann Marie Mansfield Irick, Doug, Geoff Marcado, eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, sister, Judy (Barton) Heroux, and dear friends and extended family members Sandra Lily Lues-Mercado, Penny Thoburn and many cousins. A service to celebrate Donna’s life will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the First Presbyterian Church Lake Placid, 118 Oak Avenue, Lake Placid, FL., with livestreaming at fpclp.org.
