Diana L. Goble, 67, of Sebring went to be with her Lord Sunday afternoon November 30, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her family. Diana was born on December 5,1946 in Akron, OH to parents Dixie Edna (Williams) and Charles Joseph Cooper. She moved to Highlands County form Akron in 1971. Mrs. Goble loved her prep-cook that she did for many years at the Golden Corral in Lake Placid. Although when they would get super busy on Sundays, she would serve people their drinks, or help the dishwasher. But mainly she made all the pies, cakes, salads, cut up fruit, cut the rolls, the behind the scenes things that fills the buffet. She was of the Christian faith. Diana enjoyed bingo, working with coloring books, sewing and loved spending time with her family and friends. Diana is preceded in death by her loving husband David E. Goble and is survived by her loving daughter, Mary A. Ford (Robert); sister, Dixie Henderson (John) and many nieces and nephews. A private service for the family was held at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
