Daniel Joseph Lamarre "Danny", 54, of Lake Placid Fl, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday evening April 2, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Danny was born on July 3, 1968, in Norfolk, Virginia, and was the son of Carla (Covey) and Albert Lamarre. Danny has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past 14 years. He was a foreman in the public works department with the Town of Lake Placid. Danny was active in the community and was a member of an auxiliary police office with the Town of Lake Placid Police Department and attended the Ministry Center in Sebring. Danny enjoyed fishing the many local lakes, working on his jeep and corvette, shopping for that special deal, listening to his favorite music, attending school functions, and being the best Husband, Dad, and Cheer dad to many LPMS girls. He loved to be with his family and friends anytime they could all get together. Danny is preceded in death by his father Albert Lamarre, stepfather Robert Ledane-Harrell, and his sister Angel Lamarre-Kalonoski. He is survived by his loving wife, Holly Lamarre of Lake Placid, daughters; Bailee Cox, Jacklyn Cox, Bella Newman, and Madilyn Newman, mother; Carla Covey-Ledane , two br others Alan and Shane Lamarre, s ister in law Dawn Lamarre, nieces Kiera Lamarre, and Gabriella Kalonoski, and nephew Logan Lamarre. A service to celebrate Danny's life will be held at 11:00 AM this Saturday, April 8, 2023, at the Ministry Center 8475 Sparta Road, Sebring, FL., with Pastor Lonnie Wells celebrating.
