Dale A. Peters, 89, of Lake Placid, FL, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at his residence. Dale was born on January 19, 1936, in Gary, Indiana. He was the son of Lilly and Clarence Peters. Dale graduated Purdue in 1957. He served his country with honors in the United States Army. Dale has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past four years, moving here from Arcadia, FL. He was a retired electrical engineer with Georgia Electric where he worked for many years after graduating from Purdue University with an electrical engineering degree. Dale was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church here in Lake Placid, the Orchid Society of Sebring. He enjoyed collecting pocket watches and grandfather clocks. He was a proud member of the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors since 1955.

Dale is survived by his loving wife Dorothy and her children. Service to celebrate Dale's life will be held later at the St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church here in Lake Placid.
