Cherylann "Sheri" Katherine Hutchins, 56, of Lake Placid went to be with her Lord on Thursday morning September 4, 2014. She was born on January 16, 1958 in Bradenton, FL to parents Dianne Katherine (Beauchemin) and Arnold Timothy Fraher. Sheri has been a resident of Lake Placid for the past 40 years moving here from the Ft. Lauderdale/Pembroke Pines area. She was the owner and operator of the Premier Realty in Lake Placid. Sheri was active in her community, belonging to several civic organizations, who could be seen lending a hand at many of the local events. Sheri was of the Christian faith. Mrs. Hutchins is preceded in death by her loving mother Dianne and she is survived by her loving husband of 39 years Scott; daughter Jessica and a brother Joseph John Fraher. A private service for Sheri's family was held. The family suggests donations be made in Sheri's memory to the St, Judes Hospital, American Heart Association or your favorite charity of choice.
