Cheryl Yvonne Joshlin, 67, of Lake Placid went home to be with her Lord on Saturday June 23, 2018 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Sebring surrounded by her loving family.  A native Floridian, Cheryl was the daughter of Edith (Franklin) and Sidney Hendricks who was born on September 9, 1950 in Winter Haven. Cheryl work for many years in the public school system as a Para-professional.  A resident of Lake Placid for the past five years, moving here from Winter Haven where she spent most of her life.  Cheryl enjoyed cross word puzzles, word games, jigsaw puzzles, a good game of bingo and seeing her favorite TV show MASH.  She loved to be with her family and friends especially her grandchildren.  Cheryl is survived by her loving daughter, Samantha Joshlin and son in law Paul Colletti, three grandchildren; Alexis Joshlin, Paul Colletti Jr., and Joseph Colletti, two sisters; Carol Bellinger and Denise Lafontaine, brother in law, Dave Lafontaine, and n aunt and uncle Helen and Woody Nottage.  A gathering for family and friends will be held from 3:00PM to 4:00 PM Thursday, July 5, 2018 with a Celebration of Life service at 3:30 PM at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W. Interlake Blvd., Lake Placid with Pastor Wayne Godwin officiating.
