Charles Howard McKeithan, 77, of Sebring went home to be with his Lord on Sunday afternoon, August 10, 2025.  Charles was born on July 27, 1948, in Bladenboro, North Carolina and he was the son of Edna (Tyler) and Henderson McKeithan.  He has been a resident of Highlands County since 1956, moving here from North Carolina.  Charles worked most of his life in the grove industry up to his retirement.  Charles was of the Christian faith who enjoyed gardening around the house, working outdoors, and going to classic car shows.  He loved spending time with his family and friends whenever they could get together.   Charles is preceded in death by his loving parents and brother Frank McKeithan.  He is survived by his loving sister; Judy Goff, brother; Jerry McKeithan, nieces and nephews and extended family members.  The family will receive friends 4-6PM, Friday (today), August 15, 2025, with funeral services 10AM, Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W.
