Charles Elbert Malonee Jr, 68, of Lake Placid went home to be with his Lord on Monday, April 1, 2024 in Lake Placid. Charles was born on May 10, 1955 in Knox County, Tennessee. He was the son of Dorothy (Pryor) and Charles Elbert Malonee Sr. He has been a resident in Lake Placid for the past two years, moving here from Tennessee. Charles was a retired medical courier and was of the Christian faith. Charles enjoyed reading and growing indoor plants. He loved to be with his family and friends when every they could get together. Charles is preceded in death by his sister; Cheryl and he is survived by his loving wife Teresa, daughter; Sarah, son; Adam, four grandchildren; Lana, Laney, Ansley and Reed and two sisters; Ann and Pam. Services to celebrate Charles' life will be held at a later date.
